【摘要】：目的:剖析我國(guó)中藥法律監(jiān)管中存在的問(wèn)題及其原因。方法:從立法、監(jiān)管力度、質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系、中藥從業(yè)人員4個(gè)方面剖析中藥法律監(jiān)管中存在問(wèn)題的原因。結(jié)果:通過(guò)對(duì)中藥法律監(jiān)管中存在問(wèn)題的原因剖析,有助于監(jiān)管部門(mén)采取有針對(duì)性的措施完善中藥監(jiān)管法律體系,從而保障人民的用藥安全和促進(jìn)中藥事業(yè)的有序發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the problems and reasons in the legal supervision of Chinese traditional medicine.Methods: the causes of the problems in the legal supervision of traditional Chinese medicine were analyzed from four aspects: legislation, supervision, quality standard system and practitioners.Results: by analyzing the causes of the problems in the legal supervision of traditional Chinese medicine, it is helpful for the supervision department to take targeted measures to perfect the legal system of supervision of traditional Chinese medicine, so as to ensure the safety of Chinese medicine and promote the orderly development of the cause of traditional Chinese medicine.
