【摘要】：21世紀,隨著各國紛紛加入世貿組織,開始逐漸消弱了關稅壁壘。而作為世界外貿大國之一的中國,也減弱了出口力,這樣為中國帶來了非常慘重的損失。盡管我國目前已經構建了外貿立法制度,但對外貿行為卻很少涉及,對對外貿易的可持續(xù)發(fā)展也形成了一定的制約�；诖�,亟待從立法視角,規(guī)制綠色貿易壁壘,并對綠色貿易壁壘制度進行構建和完善。
[Abstract]:In the 21 st century, with the accession of all countries to WTO, tariff barriers have gradually been weakened.As one of the largest foreign trade countries in the world, China has also weakened its export power, which has brought a very heavy loss to China.Although our country has already established the foreign trade legislation system, but the foreign trade behavior is seldom involved, has also formed the certain restriction to the foreign trade sustainable development.Based on this, it is urgent to regulate green trade barriers from the perspective of legislation, and to construct and perfect the green trade barriers system.
