【摘要】：青少年網(wǎng)游成癮是當(dāng)代俄羅斯一大社會(huì)問題。盡管俄聯(lián)邦政府和社會(huì)對(duì)遏制網(wǎng)游成癮問題的惡性發(fā)展做出了諸多努力,但其相關(guān)舉措中存在的問題導(dǎo)致現(xiàn)有規(guī)制成效并不顯著。由于同處轉(zhuǎn)型階段,俄羅斯治理網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)對(duì)我國具有一定的啟示和借鑒價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Internet game addiction among teenagers is a major social problem in contemporary Russia. Although the Russian federal government and society have made many efforts to curb the vicious development of online game addiction, However, the problems existing in the relevant measures lead to the inconspicuous effect of the existing regulation. Because of the same stage of transformation, the experience and lessons of Russian governance online games have certain enlightenment and reference value for our country.
