【摘要】：本文以茶葉企業(yè)的危險經(jīng)營行為為入手點(diǎn),先后論述了危害消費(fèi)者、危害員工以及危害社會利益的行為,并簡要闡述了刑法對于規(guī)制茶葉企業(yè)經(jīng)營中危險行為的價值,最后提出了規(guī)制茶葉企業(yè)危險經(jīng)營行為的刑法措施。
[Abstract]:Based on the dangerous management behavior of tea enterprises, this paper discusses the behaviors of harming consumers, employees and social interests successively, and briefly expounds the value of criminal law in regulating dangerous behaviors in the management of tea enterprises. Finally, the criminal law measures to regulate the dangerous management behavior of tea enterprises are put forward.
