【摘要】：正近年來,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)金融化、金融市場化進(jìn)程的不斷加速,"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"與金融彼此融合,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融市場蓬勃興起,但由此產(chǎn)生的刑事法律風(fēng)險也與日俱增。對此,筆者立足于浙江省檢察機(jī)關(guān)金融案件辦理情況,對當(dāng)前互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融刑事法律問題進(jìn)行分析,并提出對策建議。一、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融犯罪特點2014年1月至2016年7月以來,浙江省檢察機(jī)關(guān)共審查起訴涉互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融犯罪案件209件1665人,案件涉及八大領(lǐng)域15個罪名,主要包括利
