【摘要】：正我們黨科學總結歷史經(jīng)驗,將堅持四項基本原則確立為改革開放和社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設的思想政治前提。1982年12月4日,五屆全國人大五次會議通過現(xiàn)行憲法即1982年憲法,將四項基本原則寫入序言,并作為指導思想貫徹于全部內容和條文之中,集中反映了黨和人民的共同意志。四項基本原則是內在統(tǒng)一的,堅持四項基本原則的核心在于堅持黨的領導。堅持四項基本原則,是黨對社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設規(guī)律、黨的建設規(guī)律和執(zhí)政規(guī)律的科學
[Abstract]:While our Party has scientifically summed up historical experience, it has established adherence to the four basic principles as the ideological and political prerequisite for reform, opening up and socialist modernization. On December 4, 1982, the Fifth session of the Fifth National people's Congress adopted the current Constitution, that is, the 1982 Constitution. The four basic principles are written in the preamble and carried out in all contents and articles as guiding ideology, which reflects the common will of the Party and the people. The core of adhering to the four basic principles lies in the leadership of the Party. Adhering to the four basic principles is the Party's science of the law of socialist modernization construction, the law of party building and the law of ruling.
