【摘要】：正八二憲法代表著人民共和國(guó)憲法史上的一次深刻轉(zhuǎn)變,對(duì)此,似乎不應(yīng)提出重大的異議。但對(duì)這一轉(zhuǎn)變的內(nèi)涵卻有必要加以澄清。這種轉(zhuǎn)變不能單純從政策學(xué)或所謂的基本路線的角度來識(shí)別,還有一個(gè)比政策或路線更為基礎(chǔ)的形式維度。在當(dāng)下對(duì)八二憲法的研究中,特別需要強(qiáng)調(diào)這個(gè)更為基礎(chǔ)的維度,以免人們過分強(qiáng)調(diào)現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:The Zheng82 Constitution represents a profound change in the history of the Constitution of the people's Republic of China. But it is necessary to clarify the meaning of this change. This shift cannot be identified solely from the point of view of policy science or the so-called basic line, and there is a formal dimension that is more fundamental than policy or route. In the current study of the 1982 Constitution, there is a particular need to emphasize this more fundamental dimension so as not to overemphasize the present.
