【摘要】：2016年9月1日,最高人民檢察院發(fā)布的《"十三五"時(shí)期檢察工作發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要》強(qiáng)調(diào),落實(shí)"指控犯罪有力、訴訟監(jiān)督有效、社會(huì)治理有為"的公訴工作總要求,推進(jìn)公訴工作理念、工作模式、工作重心轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí);適應(yīng)普通程序、簡(jiǎn)易程序、刑事案件速裁程序相互銜接的多層次訴訟體系需要,形成簡(jiǎn)易案件效率導(dǎo)向、疑難案件精準(zhǔn)導(dǎo)向、敏感案件效果導(dǎo)向的公訴模式,做到"簡(jiǎn)案快辦""繁案精辦"。那么,如何才能建立健全與多層次訴訟體系相適應(yīng)的公訴模式?對(duì)此,本刊特邀專家學(xué)者和實(shí)務(wù)界人士進(jìn)行探討,敬請(qǐng)關(guān)注。
[Abstract]:On September 1, 2016, the Supreme people's Procuratorate issued the outline for the Development of Procuratorial work in the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan, stressing that it is necessary to implement the general requirements of public prosecution work of "the power to charge crimes, the effective supervision of litigation, and the success of social governance." To promote the concept of public prosecution work, work mode, transformation and upgrading of the focus of work; To meet the needs of the multi-level litigation system of common procedure, summary procedure and criminal case quick adjudication procedure, the public prosecution mode of efficiency guidance, accurate guidance of difficult cases and sensitive case effect orientation should be formed. To do "simple cases done quickly", "complex case fine work." So, how can we establish a sound and multi-level litigation system suitable for public prosecution mode? In this regard, this journal specially invited experts and scholars and practitioners to discuss, please pay attention to.
