【摘要】：正【主持人按語】司法社會工作是一個(gè)新議題,目前學(xué)界對其內(nèi)涵和屬性的探討尚未達(dá)成共識。這就需要我們從多角度、多方面去看待這一議題。這次我們有幸邀請到劉繼同教授和張昱教授分別從國際比較視角與司法社會理論視角對這一問題進(jìn)行闡釋。三篇文章主題均立足"中國司法社會工作"的本土定位。劉繼同教授史論結(jié)合,系統(tǒng)闡釋了歐美世界近400年以來社會福利立法的演變軌跡及其形成的各類典范,為中國社會福利制度建設(shè)、社會治理轉(zhuǎn)型、良法善治目
[Abstract]:This paper explains the evolution of social welfare legislation since the last 400 years of the world in Europe and America , as well as various models of the formation of social welfare legislation since nearly 400 years in the United States and America , which is a kind of model for the construction of social welfare system , transformation of social governance , good governance of good law , etc .
