【摘要】：正在法律教學中,案例教學法一般是由教師在課上為學生提供案例,學生根據(jù)教師提供的案例展開討論,但是在討論過程中教師不能過多干預學生的討論方式和討論內(nèi)容,應給予學生一定的發(fā)展空間,教師的責任是保證學生的思維和行為方式不偏離案例本身,保證其在不違反原則的基礎(chǔ)上展開討論。在這個過程中,學生是教學活動的主體,教師的作用是引導學生學習,幫助學生掌握正確的學習方向,從而養(yǎng)成正確的學習習慣。案例教學法有較高的靈活性,在教學方式上
[Abstract]:In the teaching of law, the case teaching method is usually provided by the teacher in class to provide the case for the student, the student launches the discussion according to the case provided by the teacher, but in the discussion process, the teacher should not interfere the student's discussion way and the discussion content too much. The teacher's responsibility is to ensure that the students' thinking and behavior do not deviate from the case itself and that they are discussed on the basis of not violating the principle. In this process, students are the main body of teaching activities, the role of teachers is to guide students to learn, to help students master the correct learning direction, and thus to develop the correct learning habits. The case teaching method has high flexibility, and it can be used in teaching methods.
