【摘要】：正要解決自媒體版權(quán)亂象,必須從降低涉及版權(quán)各個環(huán)節(jié)的交易成本入手,政府和著作權(quán)集體管理組織、自媒體平臺運營者、自媒體用戶共同努力,各盡其責。當前,各大自媒體平臺力圖將優(yōu)秀的內(nèi)容創(chuàng)業(yè)者吸引到自己的陣營中,使得自媒體作者的數(shù)量和文章數(shù)量迎來井噴式增長。然而,快速發(fā)展也伴隨著抄襲剽竊、非許可轉(zhuǎn)載等版權(quán)侵權(quán)問題,影響整個行業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。筆者認為,要解決這一問題需要明確政府、自媒體網(wǎng)絡中介、自媒體運營者三類主體在這一問題上的義務,建立版權(quán)交易平臺,利用網(wǎng)絡降低版權(quán)交易成本,解決自媒體版權(quán)侵權(quán)問題。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of copyright in the media, we must reduce the transaction costs involving all aspects of copyright, the government and copyright collective management organizations, the operators of the media platform, and the users of the media to do their part. At present, the major self-media platforms try to attract excellent content entrepreneurs to their own camp, so that the number of self-media authors and the number of articles ushered in blowout growth. However, the rapid development is also accompanied by plagiarism, non-licensed reprint and other copyright infringement issues, affecting the healthy development of the whole industry. The author believes that in order to solve this problem, it is necessary to clarify the obligations of the government, from the media network intermediary and from the media operators on this issue, to establish a copyright trading platform, to use the network to reduce the cost of copyright transaction, and to solve the problem of copyright infringement in the self-media.
