【摘要】：正我國大陸地區(qū)并無土地信托登記制度�！恫粍赢a(chǎn)登記暫行條例實(shí)施細(xì)則》第106條使用了"不動產(chǎn)信托登記"的概念,首次將土地信托登記制度帶入人們的視野。在辦理土地信托登記過程中,是否應(yīng)同時(shí)辦理土地物權(quán)變動登記,涉及登記模式選擇問題。對此,有"二重登記"與"一重登記"之爭。我國臺灣地區(qū)土地信托登記屬于"二
