【摘要】：茶行業(yè)一直是我國經濟的支柱產業(yè),我國市場經濟的良好發(fā)展,給了茶葉企業(yè)更大的發(fā)展空間,但是同時由于茶葉企業(yè)的特殊性,造成了在知識產權方面有所缺失,這不僅使得我國在茶文化的推廣方面欠缺有效的競爭手段,同時也使得茶葉企業(yè)的資源得不到有效的保障,不利于我國國民經濟的健康發(fā)展。且當下全球經濟的融合,茶行業(yè)自身也面臨著關鍵的轉型和發(fā)展,但是在知識產權方面,我國的法律體系不夠完善,企業(yè)自身的意識也不強,使得我國茶葉企業(yè)難以實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。因此,本文通過分析了知識產權保護對我國茶葉企業(yè)的重要性,并重點研究了我國對于茶葉企業(yè)知識產權保護存在的問題,聯(lián)系實際情況,提出了我國對于茶葉企業(yè)知識產權保護的有效對策。
[Abstract]:The tea industry has always been the pillar industry of our country's economy. The good development of our market economy has given the tea enterprises more space for development, but at the same time, because of the particularity of the tea enterprises, the lack of intellectual property has been caused, which not only makes China lack effective competition means in the development of tea culture, but also makes the tea culture lack. The resources of tea enterprises can not be effectively guaranteed, which is not conducive to the healthy development of our national economy. And at the moment the integration of the global economy, the tea industry itself is also facing the key transformation and development, but in the intellectual property, the legal system of our country is not perfect and the self consciousness of the enterprise is not strong, which makes the tea enterprises in our country difficult to be real. Therefore, this paper analyzes the importance of intellectual property protection to China's tea enterprises, and focuses on the problems existing in the protection of intellectual property rights of tea enterprises in China, and puts forward the effective countermeasures for the protection of intellectual property rights of tea enterprises in China.
