【摘要】：正7月15至16日,"中國(guó)視野下的《專利保護(hù)宣言》研討會(huì)"在中國(guó)人民大學(xué)召開。此次會(huì)議由中國(guó)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)法學(xué)研究會(huì)、中國(guó)人民大學(xué)法學(xué)院、中國(guó)人民大學(xué)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)學(xué)院及德國(guó)馬克斯-普朗克創(chuàng)新與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)研究所聯(lián)合主辦,由北京陽(yáng)光知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)與法律發(fā)展基金會(huì)協(xié)辦,由中國(guó)人民大學(xué)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)、中國(guó)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)法學(xué)研究會(huì)會(huì)長(zhǎng)劉春田教授主持。來(lái)自研究機(jī)構(gòu)、司法及行政機(jī)關(guān)、企業(yè)的五十余位代表結(jié)合《專利保護(hù)宣言》的內(nèi)容,共論專利制度的全球化與本土化。會(huì)議就"總體介紹"、"專題研討"、"綜合討論"等環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行了深入、有益的討論。在"總體介紹"環(huán)節(jié),德國(guó)馬克斯-普朗克創(chuàng)新與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)研究所所長(zhǎng)瑞托·赫爾提(Reto Hilty)
[Abstract]:On July 15-16, the Symposium on Patent Protection in the eyes of China was held at Renmin University of China. The conference was jointly sponsored by the China intellectual property Law Society, the Law School of Renmin University of China, the intellectual property School of Renmin University of China and the Max Planck Institute of Innovation and Competition in Germany. Co-organized by Beijing Sunshine intellectual property and Law Development Foundation, presided over by Professor Liu Chuntian, Dean of intellectual property School of Renmin University of China and President of intellectual property Law Research in China. More than 50 representatives from research institutions, judicial and administrative organs and enterprises discussed the globalization and localization of the patent system in conjunction with the contents of the Declaration on Patent Protection. The conference carried out in-depth and beneficial discussions on "general introduction", "special discussion", "comprehensive discussion" and so on.
