【摘要】：隨著外貿(mào)發(fā)展的轉(zhuǎn)型升級,我國產(chǎn)品正在由粗放式的價格競爭轉(zhuǎn)向高附加值的品牌和技術(shù)競爭,出口企業(yè)遭遇來自發(fā)達(dá)國家越來越多的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)壁壘。近年來,我國企業(yè)遭遇的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)壁壘呈現(xiàn)出若干新的特點。面臨發(fā)達(dá)國家設(shè)置的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)壁壘,我國存在知識產(chǎn)權(quán)意識淡薄、知識產(chǎn)權(quán)質(zhì)量不高、知識產(chǎn)權(quán)布局力度不夠、相關(guān)法律不完善、服務(wù)貿(mào)易中的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)戰(zhàn)略缺失等諸多挑戰(zhàn)。應(yīng)當(dāng)從政府、行業(yè)協(xié)會和企業(yè)等多個層面采取切實有效的措施,應(yīng)對日益增多的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)壁壘,促進(jìn)我國對外貿(mào)易的健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade development, our products are changing from extensive price competition to high value-added brand and technology competition. Export enterprises encounter more and more intellectual property barriers from developed countries. In recent years, the intellectual property barriers encountered by Chinese enterprises show some new characteristics. In the face of intellectual property barriers set up by developed countries, there are many challenges in China, such as weak awareness of intellectual property rights, low quality of intellectual property rights, insufficient distribution of intellectual property rights, imperfect relevant laws, lack of intellectual property strategy in service trade, and so on. We should take effective measures from the government, trade associations and enterprises to deal with the increasing barriers to intellectual property and promote the healthy development of China's foreign trade.
