【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)出版行業(yè)的發(fā)展,出版單位的組織結(jié)構(gòu)、運(yùn)行模式、設(shè)計(jì)主體已經(jīng)發(fā)生了巨大的變化。一些出版單位撤銷(xiāo)原有的版式設(shè)計(jì)部門(mén),版式設(shè)計(jì)委托出版社外設(shè)計(jì)公司或個(gè)人完成,職務(wù)設(shè)計(jì)作品被委托作品所取代,版式設(shè)計(jì)著作權(quán)的歸屬需要按照委托合同的具體約定來(lái)界定。
[Abstract]:With the development of publishing industry in China, great changes have taken place in the organizational structure, operation mode and design subject of publishing units. Some publishing units have abolished the original layout design departments, and the layout design has been entrusted to design companies or individuals outside the publishing house, and job design works have been replaced by commissioned works. The ownership of typographic design copyright needs to be defined according to the specific agreement of the entrustment contract.
