【摘要】：隨著全媒體時(shí)代的到來,廣電媒體的優(yōu)勢(shì)地位遭到了嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn),面臨著被邊緣化的危險(xiǎn)。廣播電視臺(tái)擁有大量的節(jié)目?jī)?nèi)容資源,經(jīng)確權(quán)的內(nèi)容資源是可以有效利用的媒體資產(chǎn)。以節(jié)目?jī)?nèi)容為核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的廣電媒體,如果想在全媒體時(shí)代繼續(xù)占據(jù)優(yōu)勢(shì),就應(yīng)對(duì)媒體資產(chǎn)版權(quán)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)化、規(guī)范化、精細(xì)化的管理,版權(quán)管理系統(tǒng)將成為節(jié)目版權(quán)管理的有力抓手。本文結(jié)合江蘇臺(tái)、山東臺(tái)版權(quán)工作實(shí)踐,分析了對(duì)省級(jí)臺(tái)版權(quán)管理系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)與運(yùn)行。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the all-media era, the dominant position of the radio and television media has been severely challenged and is facing the danger of being marginalized. Radio and television stations have a large number of program content resources, and the content resources with confirmed rights are the media assets that can be effectively utilized. If the radio and television media with program content as its core competitiveness, if they want to continue to occupy an advantage in the whole media era, they should systematize, standardize, and meticulously manage the copyright of media assets. The copyright management system will become the powerful grasp of the program copyright management. This paper analyzes the construction and operation of the provincial copyright management system based on the copyright practice of Jiangsu and Shandong stations.
