【摘要】：文章從當(dāng)前的"雙創(chuàng)"和知識產(chǎn)權(quán)戰(zhàn)略出發(fā),以創(chuàng)新企業(yè)為研究對象,利用2002~2007年中國工業(yè)企業(yè)微觀數(shù)據(jù)分析了省級知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)對創(chuàng)新企業(yè)就業(yè)增長的影響。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)從總體看,加強(qiáng)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)有利于創(chuàng)新企業(yè)的就業(yè)增長。(2)加強(qiáng)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)對持續(xù)創(chuàng)新年輕企業(yè)的就業(yè)增長效應(yīng)大于持續(xù)創(chuàng)新的成熟企業(yè),這是因為持續(xù)創(chuàng)新的年輕企業(yè)具有較強(qiáng)的"就業(yè)創(chuàng)造"能力。(3)理論分析表明,加強(qiáng)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)影響創(chuàng)新企業(yè)就業(yè)增長的兩條途徑分別是緩解外部融資約束和促進(jìn)創(chuàng)新,其中,加強(qiáng)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)通過緩解外部融資約束對持續(xù)創(chuàng)新年輕企業(yè)的就業(yè)增長效應(yīng)大于持續(xù)創(chuàng)新的成熟企業(yè),但促進(jìn)創(chuàng)新機(jī)制對兩類企業(yè)的影響都不顯著。
[Abstract]:Based on the current "double innovation" and intellectual property strategy, this paper analyzes the impact of provincial intellectual property protection on the employment growth of innovative enterprises by using micro-data of Chinese industrial enterprises from 2002 to 2007.The results show that, on the whole, strengthening the protection of intellectual property rights is beneficial to the employment growth of innovative enterprises.) strengthening the protection of intellectual property rights has a greater effect on the employment growth of young enterprises with sustained innovation than on the mature enterprises with sustained innovation.This is because young enterprises with sustained innovation have strong "employment creation" ability. Theoretical analysis shows that the two ways to strengthen intellectual property protection that affect the employment growth of innovative enterprises are to ease external financing constraints and promote innovation, among which,To strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights, the employment growth effect of young enterprises with sustained innovation is greater than that of mature enterprises with sustained innovation by alleviating external financing constraints, but the impact of promoting innovation mechanism on both types of enterprises is not significant.
