【摘要】：東盟自由貿(mào)易區(qū)的建立,對(duì)南寧市的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展是一個(gè)契機(jī),得天獨(dú)厚的地理位置和政治地位,使得南寧地區(qū)與東盟成員國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)往來(lái)和文化交流更為密切,社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)迅猛發(fā)展。大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代下雙邊有不少民間組織或個(gè)人往來(lái)的信息也已經(jīng)加入到南寧地區(qū)的信息數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)當(dāng)中�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)信息用戶逐年增多,用戶個(gè)人信息安全卻不容樂(lè)觀,而國(guó)內(nèi)外目前少有對(duì)學(xué)者對(duì)本地區(qū)的用戶信息安全保護(hù)進(jìn)行法律研究。因此,本文從法學(xué)專業(yè)視角來(lái)構(gòu)建一個(gè)相對(duì)安全、穩(wěn)定的用戶信息使用環(huán)境,為個(gè)人信息安全的法律保護(hù)工作獻(xiàn)計(jì)獻(xiàn)策。
[Abstract]:The establishment of the ASEAN Free Trade area is an opportunity for the social and economic development of Nanning. The unique geographical and political position of Nanning makes the economic and cultural exchanges between Nanning and ASEAN member countries closer.Social economy develops rapidly.Under big data era, many private organizations or individuals have joined the information database of Nanning region.Internet information users are increasing year by year, but the personal information security of users is not optimistic. At present, there are few legal studies on the protection of users' information security in this area by scholars at home and abroad.Therefore, this paper constructs a relatively safe and stable environment for the use of user information from the perspective of legal specialty, and makes suggestions for the legal protection of personal information security.
