【摘要】：正推進(jìn)使用正版軟件、加強(qiáng)軟件知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)是黨中央、國(guó)務(wù)院的一項(xiàng)重要決策,是全面貫徹落實(shí)黨的十八大精神、實(shí)施創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的一項(xiàng)重要工作。政府機(jī)關(guān)帶頭使用正版軟件,具有鮮明的導(dǎo)向作用和引領(lǐng)作用,是踐行依法行政、建立法治政府的重要體現(xiàn),對(duì)樹(shù)立政府機(jī)關(guān)良好形象,提高民族創(chuàng)新能力和建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型國(guó)家都有著重要意義。去年9月國(guó)務(wù)院正版化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組對(duì)江蘇省省級(jí)機(jī)關(guān)部分廳局進(jìn)行了軟件正版化工作的檢查。筆者作為機(jī)關(guān)采購(gòu)和資產(chǎn)管理的
[Abstract]:It is an important decision of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council to promote the use of legitimate software and strengthen the protection of software intellectual property rights. It is also an important work for comprehensively implementing the spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress and implementing the strategy of innovation-driven development.Government agencies take the lead in the use of authentic software, which has a distinct guiding role and a leading role.
