【摘要】：文化創(chuàng)意產業(yè)是以知識產權為核心資產的新興產業(yè)門類,同時也是最契合知識經濟時代的產業(yè)形式。文章從著作權制度在文化創(chuàng)意產業(yè)發(fā)展中的基本功能入手,分析了我國文化創(chuàng)意產業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀及著作權保護制度對文化創(chuàng)意產業(yè)發(fā)展的影響,討論了我國著作權制度對文化創(chuàng)意產業(yè)發(fā)展的作用和現(xiàn)實意義,并分析提出了我國現(xiàn)行著作權制度在文化創(chuàng)意產業(yè)發(fā)展中的不足及其修改完善的建議。
[Abstract]:Cultural creative industry is a new industry category of intellectual property as the core assets, but also the most fit industry of knowledge economy. Starting with the basic function of the copyright system in the cultural creative industry's development, analyzes the influence of the development of the protection system of the present situation and the development work of the cultural and creative industries in China the right to cultural and creative industries the development of China's copyright system on the role of cultural and creative industries and the practical significance is discussed, and put forward the shortcomings of the current copyright system in the development of cultural creative industries and the suggestions for the modification.
