【摘要】：在機(jī)構(gòu)知識(shí)庫(kù)發(fā)展過(guò)程中,版權(quán)問(wèn)題是其主要發(fā)展瓶頸,研究機(jī)構(gòu)知識(shí)庫(kù)的版權(quán)問(wèn)題及解決對(duì)策,有利于更好地對(duì)學(xué)術(shù)成果長(zhǎng)期集中管理和保存,進(jìn)一步完善科研產(chǎn)出管理。闡釋了機(jī)構(gòu)知識(shí)庫(kù)的概念、特點(diǎn),梳理了其版權(quán)歸屬形態(tài),分析了機(jī)構(gòu)知識(shí)庫(kù)在版權(quán)方面遭遇的主要瓶頸,對(duì)機(jī)構(gòu)知識(shí)庫(kù)建設(shè)過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的法律依靠力、政府對(duì)機(jī)構(gòu)知識(shí)庫(kù)支持力、知識(shí)共享力范圍不足等問(wèn)題,提出了解決途徑,以促進(jìn)機(jī)構(gòu)知識(shí)庫(kù)的持續(xù)穩(wěn)定健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In the process of the development of institutional knowledge base, the copyright problem is the main bottleneck of its development. To study the copyright problem of institutional knowledge base and its solution is beneficial to better centralized management and preservation of academic achievements for a long time. Further perfecting the management of scientific research output, explaining the concept and characteristics of institutional knowledge base, combing the form of copyright ownership, analyzing the main bottleneck of institutional knowledge base in copyright, In order to promote the steady and healthy development of institutional knowledge base, this paper puts forward some solutions to the problems such as the legal reliance in the process of building institutional knowledge base, the government's support ability of institutional knowledge base and the insufficient scope of knowledge sharing ability.
