【摘要】：大數(shù)據(jù)時代,大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬眾創(chuàng)新的環(huán)境使社會對政府數(shù)據(jù)資源的需求愈加強烈,政府信息公開也逐漸向政府數(shù)據(jù)開放層面嬗變,政府數(shù)據(jù)開放過程中的安全問題也日益凸顯.為了保證在信息安全的前提下最大限度開放政府數(shù)據(jù)資源,激發(fā)社會力量對政府數(shù)據(jù)資源的有效開發(fā)和利用,對個人隱私的評判標準、風險監(jiān)測與保護策略等進行研究就顯得尤為重要.基于此,從政府數(shù)據(jù)的屬性入手,針對當前典型的政府數(shù)據(jù)開放平臺進行調(diào)研,旨在識別個人隱私泄露的風險點,并據(jù)此提出相應(yīng)的保護策略.
[Abstract]:In the era of big data, the environment of mass entrepreneurship and innovation made the demand for government data resources more and more intense, and the openness of government information gradually changed to the level of government data opening. In order to ensure the maximum opening of government data resources under the premise of information security, stimulate social forces to the effective development and utilization of government data resources. It is particularly important to study the criteria of personal privacy, risk monitoring and protection strategies. Based on this, this paper, starting with the attributes of government data, investigates the typical open platform for government data. The purpose of this paper is to identify the risk points of personal privacy disclosure and propose corresponding protection strategies accordingly.
