【摘要】：近年來(lái),隨著版權(quán)引進(jìn)數(shù)量的不斷攀升以及世界范圍內(nèi)著作權(quán)人維權(quán)意識(shí)的不斷增強(qiáng),版權(quán)糾紛時(shí)有發(fā)生。為保護(hù)著作權(quán)人和國(guó)內(nèi)出版社合法權(quán)益,引進(jìn)版圖書(shū)合同登記產(chǎn)生了一些適應(yīng)這一情況的新要求和新變化。筆者結(jié)合實(shí)際操作經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)近幾年北京地區(qū)對(duì)合同登記提出的新要求和在合同登記過(guò)程中涌現(xiàn)出來(lái)的新問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析并提出對(duì)策建議,為各出版社版權(quán)編輯更加順暢、高效地進(jìn)行合同登記,開(kāi)展引進(jìn)版圖書(shū)出版工作,維護(hù)著作權(quán)人和國(guó)內(nèi)出版社合法權(quán)益提供有益的參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increasing number of copyright introduction and the increasing awareness of copyright owners in the world, copyright disputes occur from time to time to protect the legitimate rights and interests of copyright owners and domestic publishing houses. The introduction of the book contract registration has produced some new requirements and changes to adapt to this situation. This paper analyzes the new requirements of contract registration in Beijing area in recent years and the new problems that appear in the process of contract registration, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, so as to make the copyright editors of various publishing houses smoother. It is necessary to register the contract efficiently, carry out the work of introducing books and publishing books, and protect the legal rights and interests of copyright owners and domestic publishing houses to provide useful reference and reference.
