【摘要】：論文從法理與現(xiàn)實(shí)角度闡述了呈繳制度關(guān)注數(shù)字資源版權(quán)保護(hù)的必要性,構(gòu)建了數(shù)字出版資源呈繳制度中版權(quán)保護(hù)機(jī)制,以期對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代公共圖書館的信息資源收集法治化提供參考。
