本文是一篇翻譯報(bào)告,主要報(bào)告了譯者在翻譯《新西蘭公司法》（1993）第十六節(jié)過程中對(duì)被動(dòng)句采取的翻譯策略�！缎挛魈m公司法》（1993）規(guī)范了新西蘭各類公司的設(shè)立、活動(dòng)、解散及其它重要事項(xiàng),是西方國家公司法的重要組成部分,但在國內(nèi)對(duì)該法的研究卻鮮有涉足。譯者希望通過翻譯該法為國人了解《新西蘭公司法》（1993）提供便利。在翻譯法律文本的過程中,譯者發(fā)現(xiàn)被動(dòng)句在英語立法文本中大量出現(xiàn)。其使用頻率超過其在對(duì)應(yīng)漢語文本中的使用頻率,且在轉(zhuǎn)換為漢語時(shí)呈現(xiàn)各種不同的形式。因此譯者嘗試用翻譯學(xué)者和法律翻譯學(xué)者的翻譯策略指導(dǎo)此次翻譯中英語被動(dòng)句的翻譯。翻譯報(bào)告首先簡(jiǎn)述了翻譯實(shí)踐項(xiàng)目、實(shí)踐操作過程、源文本的語言特征及其翻譯標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。報(bào)告接著總結(jié)了學(xué)者們對(duì)英漢兩種語言中被動(dòng)語態(tài)的分類及對(duì)被動(dòng)句英譯漢策略的研究。在此基礎(chǔ)上報(bào)告詳細(xì)闡述了譯者如何運(yùn)用學(xué)習(xí)到的翻譯策略分析、解決翻譯過程中碰到的各種被動(dòng)句的翻譯問題。最后,譯者總結(jié)了此次翻譯的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)以及待解決的問題。
