【摘要】：本文在梳理現(xiàn)行破產(chǎn)法律、法規(guī)和政策關(guān)于勞動者權(quán)益保障的規(guī)定的基礎(chǔ)上,試圖論證在新的破產(chǎn)法中應(yīng)當(dāng)保障的勞動者權(quán)益的性質(zhì)、范圍,以及保障的程度。
[Abstract]:On the basis of combing the current bankruptcy laws, regulations and policies on the protection of workers' rights and interests, this paper tries to demonstrate the nature, scope and degree of protection of workers' rights and interests that should be protected in the new bankruptcy law.
