【摘要】：正我國《職工帶薪年休假條例》自2008年1月1日起施行,規(guī)定機(jī)關(guān)、團(tuán)體、企業(yè)、事業(yè)單位、民辦非企業(yè)單位、有雇工的個體工商戶等單位的職工連續(xù)工作1年以上的,享受帶薪年休假;單位應(yīng)當(dāng)保證職工享受年休假。為了保障因工作需要不能休年休假職工的權(quán)益,條例還規(guī)定:單位確因工作需要不能安排職工休年休假的,經(jīng)職工本人同意,可以不安排職工休年休假。對職工應(yīng)休未休的年
[Abstract]:The regulations of our country on annual paid leave for workers and staff shall come into force on January 1, 2008. It stipulates that the staff and workers of organs, organizations, enterprises, institutions, non-enterprise units run by the people, individual industrial and commercial households with employees, and so on, have worked for more than one year in a row. Annual leave with pay; the unit shall ensure that the staff and workers enjoy annual leave. In order to protect the rights and interests of employees who cannot take annual leave because of their work needs, the regulations also stipulate that the unit can not arrange the employees' annual leave because of the work needs, and can not arrange the employees' annual leave without the consent of the staff and workers themselves.
