【摘要】：正《工傷保險(xiǎn)條例》(國(guó)務(wù)院令第375號(hào),以下簡(jiǎn)稱《條例》)對(duì)勞動(dòng)者工傷認(rèn)定管轄權(quán)的確定作出了明確規(guī)定。《條例》第17條規(guī)定:"職工發(fā)生事故傷害或者按照職業(yè)病防治法規(guī)定被診斷、鑒定為職業(yè)病,所在單位應(yīng)當(dāng)自事故傷害發(fā)生之日或者被診斷、鑒定為職業(yè)病之日起30日內(nèi),向統(tǒng)
[Abstract]:The Employment injury Insurance Ordinance (decree No. 375 of the State Council, Article 17 of the regulations states: "an employee who has suffered an accident or has been diagnosed as an occupational disease in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Prevention and treatment of Occupational Diseases shall be identified as an occupational disease." The unit shall, within 30 days from the date of the occurrence of the accident injury or from the date of diagnosis and identification as an occupational disease,
