【摘要】： 平等就業(yè)權對于女性而言具有重要意義。作為人權的內容之一,它關系到婦女的獨立生存和發(fā)展。建國以后,我國也制定了一些保護婦女就業(yè)權的法律。但由于我國長期實行行政主導就業(yè),導致在婦女平等就業(yè)權方面缺乏深入研究。在計劃經濟向市場經濟的轉型過程中,對婦女的就業(yè)歧視問題逐漸暴露出來。這些歧視不僅表現(xiàn)在就業(yè)機會方面,還表現(xiàn)在培訓、工資待遇、職位晉升等各個環(huán)節(jié)。造成這些問題有多種原因,但首先就是有關法律制度的不完善。 本文首先對婦女平等就業(yè)權加以闡述,然后第二部分通過詳實案例和大量數(shù)據資料,展示我國婦女在就業(yè)領域受到的歧視與侵害,并對其原因和危害進行分析。第三部分主要介紹發(fā)達工業(yè)化國家和我國香港、臺灣地區(qū)的相關立法及對我們的啟示。第四部分提出完善相關法律制度的建議。第五部分作出結論。
[Abstract]:The equal right to employment is of great significance to women. As one of the contents of human rights, it relates to the independent survival and development of women. China has also enacted some laws to protect women's right to employment. However, due to the long-term implementation of executive-led employment in China, there is a lack of in-depth research on women's equal employment rights. In the process of transition from planned economy to market economy, The problem of discrimination against women in employment is gradually exposed. These discrimination are manifested not only in employment opportunities, but also in training, wage treatment, job promotion and so on. There are many reasons for these problems. But the first is the imperfect legal system. The second part shows the discrimination and violation of women in the field of employment through detailed cases and a lot of data. The third part mainly introduces the developed industrialized countries and Hong Kong, China. The relevant legislation of Taiwan area and its enlightenment to us. Part 4th puts forward the suggestion of perfecting the relevant legal system. 5th part draws the conclusion.
