【摘要】：正《國(guó)務(wù)院辦公廳關(guān)于深化改革推進(jìn)出租汽車行業(yè)健康發(fā)展的指導(dǎo)意見》(以下簡(jiǎn)稱《指導(dǎo)意見》)、交通部等7部門《網(wǎng)絡(luò)預(yù)約出租汽車經(jīng)營(yíng)服務(wù)管理暫行辦法》(以下簡(jiǎn)稱《暫行辦法》)正式頒布后,引起了強(qiáng)烈反響,各界對(duì)其的評(píng)價(jià)總體是正面的,認(rèn)為它們較充分地吸納了公眾意見,賦予網(wǎng)約車以合法的地位。但通觀《指導(dǎo)意見》與《暫行辦法》全文,并結(jié)合之后公開的《網(wǎng)絡(luò)預(yù)約出租汽車運(yùn)營(yíng)服務(wù)規(guī)范(征求意見稿)》等文件發(fā)現(xiàn),新政將給網(wǎng)約
