濰坊試點推行事業(yè)單位法人治理結構建設

【摘要】：正事業(yè)單位法人治理結構建設是事業(yè)單位分類改革進入"深水區(qū)"、進一步優(yōu)化事業(yè)單位管理體制和運行機制的一項重要內容。近年來,濰坊市確定試點事業(yè)單位43家,其中,教育系統(tǒng)中小學15家、衛(wèi)生系統(tǒng)公立醫(yī)院15家、文化系統(tǒng)文化場館13家。試點單位成立了理事會或管委會,修訂了章程,制定了內部管理制度,建立了相對完整的法人治理架構和工作運行體系。完善"一個機制"。即決策、執(zhí)行、監(jiān)督"三位一體"的管理運行機制,明確決策層、執(zhí)行層、監(jiān)督層的
