【摘要】：正2017年9月16—17日,由中國(guó)法學(xué)會(huì)財(cái)稅法學(xué)研究會(huì)主辦、江西財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)法學(xué)院承辦的中國(guó)法學(xué)會(huì)財(cái)稅法學(xué)研究會(huì)2017年年會(huì)(含第二次會(huì)員代表大會(huì))暨第27屆海峽兩岸財(cái)稅法學(xué)術(shù)研討會(huì)在江西財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)召開(kāi)。來(lái)自海峽兩岸理論界與實(shí)務(wù)界的300余位代表出席了本屆年會(huì)。中國(guó)法學(xué)會(huì)副會(huì)長(zhǎng)、原中國(guó)人民解放軍軍事科學(xué)院副院長(zhǎng)任海泉中將,臺(tái)灣地區(qū)稅法學(xué)會(huì)理事長(zhǎng)、東吳大學(xué)葛克昌教授,中國(guó)法學(xué)會(huì)財(cái)稅法
[Abstract]:On September 16-17, 2017, sponsored by the Finance and Taxation Law Research Association of the Chinese Law Society, The 2017 Annual Conference (including the second member Congress) and the 27th Symposium on Finance and Taxation Law of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics were held in Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics by the Law School of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics. More than 300 representatives from the theoretical and practical circles of the two sides of the Taiwan Strait attended the annual meeting. Gen. Ren Haiquan, Vice President of the Chinese Law Society and former Vice President of the Chinese people's Liberation Army Academy of military Sciences, Chairman of the Taiwan tax Law Association, Professor GE Kechang of Soochow University, and Finance and Taxation Law of the Chinese Law Society
