【摘要】:正韓進破產(chǎn)事件給貿易相關各方敲響了警鐘。在國際經(jīng)貿形勢及航運前景不樂觀的情況下,各方應提前做好風險規(guī)避。2016年8月31日,全球第七大航運企業(yè)、韓國最大航運公司韓進海運(下稱"韓進")申請破產(chǎn)。在此之前,丹麥老牌航運商COPENSHIP和韓國大波國際航運公司已于2015年先后申請破產(chǎn),航運業(yè)已進入債務重整、破產(chǎn)、合并收購的風雨飄搖時期。航運形勢
