市場(chǎng)誠(chéng)信與消費(fèi)者保護(hù)制度的國(guó)際比較研究
[Abstract]:The main purpose of this paper is to compare the level of market integrity in different countries by questionnaire, and to analyze whether consumer protection system can promote market integrity through econometric evidence. In order to our country's market integrity construction puts forward the proposal. The study found that the average level of market integrity in developed countries is significantly higher than that in developing countries. Among the developed countries, Sweden and New Zealand are the highest, Canada, the United States, Germany and Japan are second, while Russia, the United Kingdom, France, Spain and South Korea are the lowest. Among the developing countries, the developing countries in Europe have the highest average level of market integrity. Developing countries in Africa and developing countries in Asia are basically the same. Compared with the general situation, the market integrity water in our country is at a relatively low level, which indicates that the lack of honesty in our country is serious and needs to be improved. Through the empirical analysis, the unjustified return system, punitive damages system and consumer education system have played a significant positive role in market integrity, while the unjustified return system has the greatest impact on market integrity. Therefore, the author suggests that our country should perfect the unjustified return system, punitive damages system and consumer education system, improve the weak position of consumers, reduce the motivation of short-term opportunistic behavior of managers, and promote the execution of contracts. In order to improve the integrity of the market level. In addition, improve the market economy, property rights protection, education and per capita income to promote economic development and economic welfare.
