【摘要】：隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化發(fā)展的深入,越來(lái)越多的國(guó)家鼓勵(lì)本國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)主體走出國(guó)門投資海外市場(chǎng),作為世界經(jīng)濟(jì)體重要組成部分的中國(guó)參與國(guó)際市場(chǎng)的步伐不斷加快,愈來(lái)愈多的企業(yè)抓住機(jī)遇果斷地"走出去"。然,中國(guó)海外投資的起步較晚,對(duì)外投資管理體制也比較薄弱,這極大阻礙了中國(guó)海外投資事業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展。文章對(duì)中國(guó)海外投資的現(xiàn)狀及當(dāng)前中國(guó)海外投資法律保護(hù)制度的不足進(jìn)行了分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出完善中國(guó)海外投資保護(hù)的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:With the development of world economic integration, more and more countries encourage their economic subjects to go abroad to invest in overseas markets. As an important part of the world economy, China has been accelerating its participation in the international market. More and more enterprises seize the opportunity to "go out" decisively. However, China's overseas investment starts late and the management system of overseas investment is weak, which greatly hinders the vigorous development of China's overseas investment. This paper analyzes the present situation of China's overseas investment and the deficiency of the current legal protection system of China's overseas investment, and puts forward the countermeasures to perfect the protection of China's overseas investment.
