【摘要】：以上市公司非首發(fā)保薦人變更信息披露市場敏感性反應(yīng)作為研究對象,通過理論和實證分析來研究非首發(fā)保薦人變更信息披露的市場敏感性反應(yīng)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),其窗口期平均累積超常收益率都為負,非首發(fā)保薦人變更信息披露引起負的市場敏感性反應(yīng);保薦人變更信息披露市場敏感性反應(yīng)和證券市場類別、上市公司的風險性、收益性、成長性有關(guān)系,但不顯著。同時還發(fā)現(xiàn)保薦人變更信息披露前存在信息泄露,信息披露日前的平均累積超常收益率都為負,說明保薦人變更信息在信息披露前就有了不同程度的泄露,內(nèi)幕消息讓一些投資者提前做出了反應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Taking the market sensitivity reaction of non-first-episode sponsor to change information disclosure as the research object, this paper studies the market sensitivity reaction of non-first-episode sponsor changing information disclosure through theoretical and empirical analysis. It is found that the average cumulative abnormal return rate in the window period is negative, the negative market sensitivity response caused by the change of information disclosure by non-first-episode sponsor, the market sensitivity reaction of sponsor changing information disclosure and the type of securities market, The risk, profitability and growth of listed companies are related, but not significant. At the same time, it is also found that there is information leakage before the sponsor changes the information disclosure, and the average cumulative abnormal return rate before the date of information disclosure is all negative, which means that the sponsor's change information has been leaked to varying degrees before the information disclosure. Insider news has prompted some investors to react ahead of time.
