【摘要】：作為電子商務結算的重要方式,電子支付對于電子商務的發(fā)展具有至關重要的作用,在一定程度上,只有電子支付得到廣泛應用,電子商務才能充分發(fā)揮它的潛能。電子支付在便利交易、推動電子商務等方面發(fā)揮了積極作用,也被越來越多的消費者所接受,甚至將其作為首選的支付方式。電子支付作為新生事物,其中所牽涉的技術、行政監(jiān)管以及多方當事人利益較為復雜,本文對電子商務支付中的相關法律問題進行分析與研究,以求有助于電子商務的良性可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:As an important way of electronic commerce settlement, electronic payment plays an important role in the development of electronic commerce. To a certain extent, electronic commerce can give full play to its potential only if electronic payment is widely used. Electronic payment has played an active role in facilitating transactions and promoting electronic commerce, and has been accepted by more and more consumers, even as the preferred payment method. Electronic payment as a new thing, involved in the technology, administrative supervision and multi-party interests is more complex, this paper analyzes and studies the relevant legal issues in e-commerce payment. In order to help the healthy and sustainable development of electronic commerce.
