【摘要】：相較于傳統(tǒng)貨幣,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)貨幣的法律關(guān)系更加復(fù)雜。本文梳理和簡要分析了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)貨幣的主要法律關(guān)系,并從實(shí)用角度比較全面地闡釋了我國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)貨幣可能面臨的各種政策和法律風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控的最根本措施是防患于未然,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)貨幣的法律風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控涉及多個(gè)方面,本文從政府、社會(huì)、企業(yè)和消費(fèi)者四個(gè)層面有針對(duì)性地分別提出了相應(yīng)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控措施。
[Abstract]:Compared with traditional currency, the legal relationship of Internet currency is more complicated. This paper reviews and briefly analyzes the main legal relations of Internet currency, and comprehensively explains the various policy and legal risks that China's Internet currency may face from a practical point of view. The most fundamental measure of risk prevention and control is to prevent trouble in the first place. The legal risk prevention and control of Internet currency involves many aspects. This paper puts forward corresponding risk prevention and control measures from four levels: government, society, enterprises and consumers.
