【摘要】：正解決小微企業(yè)融資難需要治標和治本兩大視角,既要從完善頂層設(shè)計和構(gòu)建長遠機制入手,又要兼顧解決眼前的燃眉之急目前,小微企業(yè)成為促進就業(yè)、推動草根創(chuàng)新的重要主體,因此支持小微企業(yè)健康發(fā)展已成為重要的政策目標。應(yīng)該說,在小微企業(yè)面臨的困難中,融資難是最重要的挑戰(zhàn)之一,也是世界各國都面臨的普遍難題。對此,首先需要深入分析各國普遍面臨的小微企業(yè)融資難和融資貴的現(xiàn)狀,跳出
[Abstract]:In order to solve the financing difficulties of small and micro enterprises, we need to deal with both the symptoms and the root causes. We should not only start with perfecting the top-level design and building a long-term mechanism, but also take into account the urgent needs of the present. At present, small and micro enterprises have become a means of promoting employment.Therefore, supporting the healthy development of small and micro enterprises has become an important policy objective.It should be said that among the difficulties faced by small and micro enterprises, financing is one of the most important challenges, and it is also a common problem faced by all countries in the world.In this regard, first of all, we need to deeply analyze the current situation of financing difficulties and expensive financing of small and micro enterprises, which are generally faced by various countries, and jump out of this situation.
