【摘要】：本文在對(duì)第三方支付中存在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行剖析的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)借鑒美國(guó)、歐盟等國(guó)家的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出加強(qiáng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融第三方支付法律監(jiān)管措施的具體建議,以規(guī)避風(fēng)險(xiǎn),促進(jìn)該行業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the existing risks in third-party payment, this paper, by learning from the advanced experiences of the United States and the European Union and other countries, puts forward specific suggestions to strengthen the legal supervision measures of third-party payment in Internet finance, in order to avoid the risks. Promote the healthy development of the industry.
