【摘要】：正【交通運輸部網(wǎng)站11月21日訊】11月21日,交通運輸部印發(fā)了《長江干線惡性天氣等條件下船舶禁限航管理規(guī)定》(交安監(jiān)發(fā)[2016]204號),內(nèi)容全文如下:第一章總則第一條為規(guī)范長江干線惡性天氣等條件下船舶禁限航行為,預(yù)防水上交通事故發(fā)生,保障水上交通安全,依據(jù)《中華人民共和國安全生產(chǎn)法》《中華人民共和國內(nèi)河交通安全管理條例》等法律法規(guī)和規(guī)章,制定本規(guī)定。
