【摘要】：近年來(lái),我國(guó)在積極進(jìn)行現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的背景下,加大了各項(xiàng)法律的完善力度,在修改《證券法》的時(shí)候,應(yīng)將重點(diǎn)放在調(diào)整范圍以及立法體例的研究當(dāng)中,這一過(guò)程中,我國(guó)應(yīng)積極借鑒國(guó)外先進(jìn)的《證券法》修改經(jīng)驗(yàn),并結(jié)合我國(guó)的實(shí)際情況下,逐漸轉(zhuǎn)變傳統(tǒng)的《證券法》立法理念,促使《證券法》得以健全的同時(shí),為我國(guó)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的全面發(fā)展起到促進(jìn)作用。鑒于此,本文從《證券法》結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的思路入手,并在借鑒國(guó)外先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,展開(kāi)了證券法的立法體例探討。
[Abstract]:In recent years, under the background of active modernization construction, our country has strengthened the improvement of various laws. When amending the Securities Law, we should focus on the study of the scope of adjustment and the legislative style. In this process, Our country should actively learn from the foreign advanced experience of amending the Securities Law, and combine the actual situation of our country, gradually change the traditional legislation idea of the Securities Law, and promote the improvement of the Securities Law at the same time. In view of this, this paper starts with the thought of structural adjustment of Securities Law, and discusses the legislative style of securities law on the basis of drawing lessons from foreign advanced experience.
