【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的環(huán)境下,適當(dāng)調(diào)整經(jīng)濟(jì)行為,有利于適應(yīng)社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體制。現(xiàn)階段,我國正處于向城鄉(xiāng)一體化的轉(zhuǎn)型過程中,原有的二元經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)已經(jīng)不適應(yīng)我國社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。在這種情勢下,城鄉(xiāng)一體化建設(shè)正在逐步推進(jìn)當(dāng)中。為了確保城鄉(xiāng)一體化建設(shè)順利,構(gòu)建與城鄉(xiāng)一體化相適宜的法制保障機(jī)制非常必要。本文首先闡述了城鄉(xiāng)一體化建設(shè)的內(nèi)容,其次分析了城鄉(xiāng)一體化建設(shè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)法保障問題,最后提出了解決問題的方法。
[Abstract]:Under the environment of economic globalization, proper adjustment of economic behavior will help to adapt to the socialist market economic system. At the present stage, China is in the process of transition to the integration of urban and rural areas. The original dual economic structure has been unable to adapt to the sustainable development of China's social economy. In this situation, the urban-rural integration construction is gradually advancing. In order to ensure the smooth construction of urban-rural integration. It is very necessary to construct the legal guarantee mechanism which is suitable for urban-rural integration. Firstly, this paper expounds the content of urban-rural integration construction, and then analyzes the economic law guarantee of urban-rural integration construction. Finally, the method of solving the problem is put forward.
