【摘要】：日本《司法制度改革審議會意見書》是在經(jīng)過充分調(diào)查、討論 ,廣泛聽取和吸收各階層的意見、要求 ,結(jié)合國內(nèi)外形勢發(fā)展的需要 ,借鑒國外司法制度改革經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上得出的。《意見書》提出了日本司法制度改革的各種措施 ,描繪了21世紀(jì)日本司法制度的應(yīng)有面貌�！兑庖姇飞婕�3個方面的內(nèi)容 :⑴完善符合國民期望的司法制度 ;⑵充實(shí)支撐司法制度的法律工作者隊(duì)伍 ;⑶確立國民基礎(chǔ)。司法制度改革審議會要求以內(nèi)閣為首的各相關(guān)機(jī)關(guān)積極而大膽地制訂措施 ,實(shí)施《意見書》提出的各項(xiàng)改革 ,完善日本司法制度 ,充分發(fā)揮司法應(yīng)有的作用。
[Abstract]:Japan's "opinions on Judicial system Reform" are being fully investigated, discussed, extensively listened to and absorbed from all walks of life, demanding and taking into account the needs of the development of the situation at home and abroad. Drawing lessons from the experience of foreign countries in the reform of the judicial system, the opinion put forward various measures for the reform of Japan's judicial system. This paper describes the due appearance of Japan's judicial system in the 21st century. [opinion] concerning three aspects: 1) perfecting the judicial system in line with the expectations of the people and (2) enriching the contingent of legal workers who support the judicial system and establishing the national foundation. The Judicial system Reform and Adjudication requires that the relevant organs headed by the Cabinet actively and boldly formulate measures to implement the reforms put forward by the "written opinion", perfect the Japanese judicial system, and give full play to the due role of the judiciary.
