【摘要】：正▲▲第十四屆亞洲與太平洋法律協(xié)會(huì)大會(huì)于8月16日至8月21日在北京舉行。國(guó)家主席江澤民出席開幕式并發(fā)表重要講話。大會(huì)會(huì)場(chǎng)設(shè)在長(zhǎng)城飯店和亮馬河飯店。大會(huì)分組會(huì)議的議題有:合資與投資法,司法與國(guó)際司法管轄,公司、金融與證券法,法律教育,環(huán)境保護(hù)法,國(guó)際貿(mào)易法,破產(chǎn)法,仲裁與調(diào)解,知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)法,能源法,計(jì)算機(jī)與科技法,建筑法,律師職業(yè),勞動(dòng)法,婦女、家庭法,憲法與人權(quán)。大會(huì)的議題涉及到經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、社會(huì)等廣泛的領(lǐng)域。其中國(guó)際投資、國(guó)際貿(mào)易、國(guó)際金融與證券等問題受到與會(huì)者的普遍重視。我院派出法律系講師祝聰作為代表參加了大會(huì)。
[Abstract]:The 14th General Assembly of the Asian and Pacific Law Association was held in Beijing from 16 August to 21 August. President Jiang Zemin attended the opening ceremony and made an important speech. The venue is located at the Great Wall Hotel and the Liangma River Hotel. The topics of the breakout sessions were: joint ventures and investment law, justice and international jurisdiction, companies, finance and securities law, legal education, environmental protection, international trade law, bankruptcy law, arbitration and conciliation, intellectual property law, energy law, Computer and technology law, building law, lawyer profession, labor law, women, family law, constitution and human rights. The topics of the conference cover a wide range of fields, such as economy, politics, and society. Among them, international investment, international trade, international finance and securities and other issues received general attention. Zhu Cong, a lecturer in the law department of our college, attended the meeting as a representative.
