【摘要】： 目前，中國處于從計劃經(jīng)濟(jì)向市場經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)變的過程中，處于轉(zhuǎn)型期的婚姻家庭受到了前所未有的沖擊，婚姻家庭領(lǐng)域中出現(xiàn)了新的情況與問題。面對這些問題，，控制婚姻家庭的道德規(guī)范和法律規(guī)范都未能很好地發(fā)揮作用。本論文正是在這一社會背景下提出了婚姻家庭和諧的論述。 本論文主要是從社會學(xué)、倫理學(xué)、法律學(xué)等角度來構(gòu)建一個理想的和諧的婚姻家庭面貌以及實(shí)現(xiàn)這一和諧構(gòu)想的有效途徑。 “和實(shí)生物”是古往今來不變的真理，同時21世紀(jì)綠色文明的核心是“和諧”，人類的三大和諧是人類生存的新戰(zhàn)略�；诖�，本文提出了作為“人類初級生活圈”的婚姻家庭生存與發(fā)展的新戰(zhàn)略，即：婚姻家庭內(nèi)部人際關(guān)系的和諧，其中夫妻關(guān)系的和諧是核心；婚姻家庭人的身心和諧，其中主要闡述個體婚前的心理和諧與婚后的心理和諧；婚姻家庭中的個人行為與社會行為的和諧。以上在婚姻家庭領(lǐng)域中的三大和諧是一種較為理想的構(gòu)建，這種理想狀態(tài)的真正實(shí)現(xiàn)還有待于人的素質(zhì)的全面提升，人的素質(zhì)的提升是實(shí)現(xiàn)婚姻家庭和諧的基石；還有待于婚姻家庭倫理道德的建設(shè)，這是實(shí)現(xiàn)婚姻家庭和諧的精神動力；還有待于現(xiàn)行法律法規(guī)尤其是婚姻法的進(jìn)一步完善，這是實(shí)現(xiàn)婚姻家庭和諧的堅強(qiáng)保障。
[Abstract]:At present, China is in the process of transition from a planned economy to a market economy, and the marriage and family in the transition period have been subjected to unprecedented shocks. New situations and problems have emerged in the field of marriage and family. Faced with these problems, The moral norms and legal norms of controlling marriage and family fail to play a good role. This paper puts forward the discussion of marriage and family harmony under this social background. This thesis is mainly from the angle of sociology, ethics, law to construct an ideal harmonious marriage and family appearance and the effective way to realize this harmonious conception. In 21th century, the core of green civilization is harmony. The three harmonies of mankind are the new strategy of human existence. This paper puts forward a new strategy for the survival and development of marriage and family as a "primary circle of human beings", that is, the harmony of interpersonal relations within marriage and family, in which the harmony between husband and wife is the core, the harmony of body and mind of marriage and family, and the harmony of body and mind of people in marriage and family. It mainly expounds the psychological harmony before marriage and the psychological harmony after marriage, the harmony between individual behavior and social behavior in marriage and family, and the above three harmonies in the field of marriage and family. The real realization of this ideal state still needs the overall improvement of people's quality, which is the cornerstone of realizing marriage and family harmony, and the construction of marriage and family ethics, which is the spiritual motive force to realize marriage and family harmony. It also needs to perfect the current laws and regulations, especially the marriage law, which is a strong guarantee to realize the harmony of marriage and family.
