商務(wù)合同類文本英漢翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告

在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化背景下,中國(guó)作為第二大經(jīng)濟(jì)體在國(guó)際社會(huì)中發(fā)揮著越來越重要作用,越來越多的企業(yè)開展國(guó)際貿(mào)易,商務(wù)合同的翻譯、商務(wù)翻譯研究已成為流行。由于翻譯市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展,以及大量的商務(wù)翻譯實(shí)踐和相關(guān)的專業(yè)教學(xué)活動(dòng),商務(wù)合同翻譯需要深入、系統(tǒng)的研究。在實(shí)習(xí)期間,作者有機(jī)會(huì)從事國(guó)際商務(wù)合同的翻譯工作。通過翻譯實(shí)踐,取得了一些經(jīng)驗(yàn)。翻譯源文本中復(fù)合句遇到的困難集中在三點(diǎn):句子冗長(zhǎng),語序復(fù)雜、否定前置與倒裝。本文開篇介紹了翻譯項(xiàng)目的基本情況,包括翻譯項(xiàng)目的背景、基本內(nèi)容、目標(biāo)意義及整體結(jié)構(gòu);然后分析了項(xiàng)目的理論基礎(chǔ)、商務(wù)合同的整體文本特點(diǎn),指出其在措辭、句式、語篇等方面的特殊性;接下來簡(jiǎn)述了譯前的準(zhǔn)備并著重對(duì)翻譯原材料進(jìn)行了分析;隨后在案例分析一章,譯者結(jié)合譯文對(duì)翻譯過程中出現(xiàn)的重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析并總結(jié)出相應(yīng)的解決方法和翻譯策略,著重探討了商務(wù)合同中復(fù)合句的翻譯難點(diǎn)和策略。在目的論指導(dǎo)下,具體提出一些行之有效的翻譯策略,如斷句翻譯、分層翻譯、轉(zhuǎn)換法、增譯、、轉(zhuǎn)換法、及前置法。此外,使用術(shù)語管理、平行語料庫(kù)和谷歌翻譯可以在一定程度上彌補(bǔ)翻譯工作人員商業(yè)貿(mào)易知識(shí)的不足,希望本文能夠給相關(guān)研究人員一些啟發(fā)。
