在世界經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和一體化的今天,我國(guó)對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易日趨活躍,國(guó)際交流日益頻繁,對(duì)外貿(mào)易規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,商務(wù)英語(yǔ)已成為經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)中必不可少的語(yǔ)言交際工具。作為國(guó)際貿(mào)易中傳遞信息和洽談業(yè)務(wù)的主要手段——商務(wù)合同得到越來(lái)越廣泛的使用和普遍的重視。然而我國(guó)商務(wù)合同英語(yǔ)翻譯的現(xiàn)狀卻不盡如人意,對(duì)商務(wù)合同文本本身不同于其他文本的特點(diǎn)和商務(wù)合同文本漢譯不同于其他文本的獨(dú)特規(guī)律的研究還比較分散。商務(wù)合同涉及眾多行業(yè),比如國(guó)際貿(mào)易、國(guó)際運(yùn)輸?shù)?貫穿經(jīng)貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)的諸多環(huán)節(jié),種類繁多、程式各異,商務(wù)合同翻譯研究不僅有理論意義,而且有很大的實(shí)踐意義。本文以系統(tǒng)功能語(yǔ)言學(xué)為基礎(chǔ),將韓禮德的語(yǔ)域理論與翻譯實(shí)踐相結(jié)合,從語(yǔ)場(chǎng)、語(yǔ)旨和語(yǔ)式三個(gè)不同層面來(lái)探討商務(wù)合同翻譯中語(yǔ)域的對(duì)應(yīng),界定商務(wù)英語(yǔ)獨(dú)特語(yǔ)域。系統(tǒng)功能語(yǔ)言學(xué)認(rèn)為,語(yǔ)言研究必須緊密聯(lián)系語(yǔ)言的社會(huì)功能。語(yǔ)域理論是以韓禮德為代表的系統(tǒng)功能語(yǔ)言學(xué)派的一個(gè)重要內(nèi)容,是系統(tǒng)功能語(yǔ)言學(xué)的核心理論之一。它是韓禮德等語(yǔ)言學(xué)家在把語(yǔ)言同社會(huì)和人放在一起來(lái)加以考察和研究的過(guò)程中發(fā)展起來(lái)的。該學(xué)派特別重視語(yǔ)言發(fā)生的環(huán)境——語(yǔ)境的作用,認(rèn)為語(yǔ)言總是在一定的語(yǔ)境中發(fā)生,并在一定的語(yǔ)境中得以理解和...
