湖南維勝科技有限公司勞動(dòng)關(guān)系管理制度改進(jìn)研究

【摘要】:《中華人民共和國勞動(dòng)合同法》從2008年1月1日開始實(shí)施,在這實(shí)施的五年多時(shí)間里給企業(yè)人力資源管理帶來了諸多方面的挑戰(zhàn)和影響。為應(yīng)對(duì)這些挑戰(zhàn),企業(yè)通過調(diào)整合同管理制度和其他人力資源管理制度來提升企業(yè)的人力資源管理水平,構(gòu)建和諧勞動(dòng)關(guān)系。 本文以湖南維勝科技有限公司的勞動(dòng)關(guān)系管理制度為研究對(duì)象,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)《勞動(dòng)合同法》的實(shí)施給維勝科技公司帶來了以下挑戰(zhàn):要求全員簽訂勞動(dòng)合同、規(guī)范試用期管理、加強(qiáng)員工權(quán)益保護(hù)、擴(kuò)大無固定期限合同使用范圍。分析了維勝科技公司面對(duì)這些挑戰(zhàn)在勞動(dòng)合同管理和人力資源管理方面所進(jìn)行的調(diào)整,并進(jìn)一步調(diào)整和完善了合同管理制度和勞動(dòng)合同書。對(duì)維勝科技公司調(diào)整前后公司勞動(dòng)關(guān)系管理的員工權(quán)益保護(hù)和管理制度規(guī)范化方面進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)公司在員工錄用、員工福利、員工激勵(lì)和員工建議、申訴管理方面做了很大調(diào)整和完善。為完善維勝科技公司勞動(dòng)關(guān)系的管理,論文最后從工會(huì)、勞動(dòng)合同期限、爭(zhēng)議處理、柔性化管理四方面提出了改進(jìn)措施。 文章采用內(nèi)容分析方法,運(yùn)用勞動(dòng)關(guān)系管理的相關(guān)理論對(duì)《勞動(dòng)合同法》實(shí)施背景下湖南維勝科技有限公司的勞動(dòng)關(guān)系進(jìn)行了全面的分析和改進(jìn),使得公司的勞動(dòng)關(guān)系更加科學(xué)和諧,也為提升公司的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力奠定了基礎(chǔ)。同時(shí)也為其他在《勞動(dòng)合同法》實(shí)施背景下構(gòu)建和諧勞動(dòng)關(guān)系的企業(yè)提供了參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:The Labor contract Law of the people's Republic of China has been put into effect since January 1, 2008. It has brought many challenges and influences to the human resource management of enterprises in the past five years. In order to meet these challenges, enterprises improve the level of human resources management and build harmonious labor relations by adjusting the contract management system and other human resource management systems. This paper takes the labor relations management system of Hunan Weisheng Science and Technology Co., Ltd as the research object, and finds that the implementation of the Labor contract Law brings the following challenges to the company: requiring all personnel to sign labor contracts and standardize the management of probation period. Strengthen the protection of employees' rights and interests and expand the scope of use of contracts with no fixed term. This paper analyzes the adjustment of the labor contract management and human resource management in the face of these challenges, and further adjusts and perfects the contract management system and the labor contract letter. This paper makes a comparative analysis on the protection of employees' rights and interests and standardization of management system of labor relations management before and after the adjustment of Weisheng Science and Technology Company, and finds out that the company has found that the company employs employees, employees' welfare, staff incentives and employee suggestions. The appeal management aspect has made the very big adjustment and the consummation. In order to improve the management of labor relations in Weisheng Science and Technology Company, the paper puts forward the improvement measures from four aspects: trade union, labor contract duration, dispute settlement and flexible management. This paper analyzes and improves the labor relations of Hunan Weisheng Science and Technology Co., Ltd under the background of the implementation of Labor contract Law by using the method of content analysis and the relevant theories of labor relations management. Make the company's labor relations more scientific and harmonious, but also for the promotion of market competitiveness of the company laid the foundation. At the same time, it also provides reference for other enterprises to construct harmonious labor relations under the background of the implementation of Labor contract Law.
